OUR PHOTO-FINISH COMPUTER CREW OFFERS NUMEROUS SOLUTIONS FOR THE TIMING AND RESULTS OF YOUR MANY TRACK & FIELD EVENTS!
A FinishLynx line-scan camera only sees a very narrow piece of the world: the finish line. It looks at that finish line many times a second and creates a continuous image capable of separating the tightest finishes and reading to 1/1000th of a second!
The OLTC (Ottawa Lions Timing Crew) offers a various services to accomodate your needs. Our experienced personnel has the expertise to work with FinishLynx and Hy-Tek.
Full meet administration :
- Database creation
- teams/athletes registrations
- seeding
- heats/flights production
- timing and immediate posting of results to scoreboards, hard copy, and/or web
Timing Only :
Up to two (2) independent FinishLynx systems (Main and Back-Up Systems).
Back-Up Timing :
If you have your own timing operators. Better be safe then sorry!Consulting Services :

- Our crew provides a high level, professional timing and results service for both track and field events. We can handle field events as well, from seeding to recording sheets, to the final set of results (long or short form).
- In all running events, we guarantee immediate official finish places and exact time for every athlete competing.
